Printing + Shipping Info

Print-on-demand (POD) services are used to custom print images of my original watercolor paintings onto products, whether it is canvas for prints, ceramic mugs, iphone cases, and the like.
These products are then sold under my own brand, Hawaii Vivid Watercolors.
After you, the customer, places an order, the POD company handles the printing, packaging, and shipping
.
Canvas prints are shipped flat.

We are sorry that the item(s) you ordered are not to your satisfaction!

1. The return window is 30 days.

2. First, please email: aloha@HawaiiVividWatercolors.com to begin the return process. Please include your phone number.

3. item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received.

4. item(s) must be in the original packaging.

5. We will let you know when to send the item(s) back to us. Please do not send before we have given you the green light.

If Items are Received Damaged

1. Please send an email to: aloha@HawaiiVividWatercolors.com letting us know details about the damage. Be sure to include your phone number.

2. We will email you a USPS return shipping label to send the item(s) back to us.

3. We will, of course, be paying for the return shipping cost.
