SHIPPING INFO

We use print-on-demand services to do our custom printing. Items are shipped via USPS directly from printer to you.
You have a choice of Ground Advantage, Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express. These choices will show on the Cart page when you're ready to check out.

If you have ordered different types of items, i.e., a giclée print, a tee, a mug, a tote, it is likely they are printed by different companies and will be sent separately with varying shipping times.

Shipping costs for more than one item are often minimal, so feel free to order away!
​
Giclée prints are shipped flat.
RETURN INFO

We are very sorry that the item(s) you ordered are not to your satisfaction!
Please let us know your reason for the return so that we may improve on our end.
1. The return window is 30 days.
2. First, please email aloha@HawaiiVividWatercolors.art to begin the return process and include your phone number.
3. item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received.
4. item(s) must be in the original packaging.

5. Once we receive your item(s), we will contact you regarding next steps
6. If your item(s) are received damaged, of course, let us know and we will take the appropriate steps to compensate you.
